Are sessions refundable?

Because we begin preparing for your session as soon as it’s scheduled, sessions are non-refundable. That said, we’re always happy to work with you if something unexpected comes up.

Can we reschedule?

Absolutely! We know life happens. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 3 days before your session, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What about weather?

We keep a close eye on the forecast. Conditions like heavy rain, strong winds, or snow may mean rescheduling to ensure your comfort and the best possible experience. We’ll be in touch if weather becomes a concern and will find a new date that works for you.
